I can work with you to understand your current style and tendencies and then coach you through exercises to refine and elevate your message.

Having difficult conversations is, well...hard. But difficult conversations are a necessary part of being an employee, team member, and leader. Having tough conversations doesn't have to feel so daunting, but the work starts long before the conversation happens. Learn how to build trust, say the hard things, and support the people you are in conversation with. Clear is kind - even when it is uncomfortable.
