Currently have a leadership gap? I can provide retainer-based support to teams while the organization looks for a full-time leader or during transitional time periods. I can support HR, Services, and Operational organizations navigating transitions and changes both big and small. 
 
New Leader Coaching & Mentorship
The transition from Individual Contributor to leader, is a big deal, but often an under-supported promotion. What makes someone successful as an IC is often an entirely different skillset, and without proper care an attention can be discouraging to both the new leader and their team. My support is an important addition to 'Manager 101' style coursework because I provide continuous check-ins, guidance, and support that offers years of insight helping new leaders manage this pivotal transition.

provide advisory services when considering or in the midst of implementing of a new, transformative software platform. Will work directly with implementation team and product vendors to ensure thoughtful implementation, taking into consideration potential roadblocks, employee impact, change management, training, etc.
